Antique Clarice Cliff Bizarre Conical Sugar Bowl -1930’s  Art Deco:
- measures 4 1/2" in diameter x 2" tall
- marked on the bottom - England, Bizarre, Handpainted, #384 & Clarice Cliff written on the side (see photo)
- cream colored glaze, banded with orange, yellow and lime green stripes, three groups of yellow, orange & green flowers, orange on the edges of the feet
- five tiny paint flakes on the orange band (see photo)
