Chrome PENGUIN Figurine

This item is a
figurine of a penguin. It is shiny silver all over, and I assume that means it is chromed, since it hasn't tarnished in the 20 years I've had it.
It is moderately heavy for its size, and doesn't respond to a magnet. It is 4 1/2” high and the wingspan is 3”. There are no markings to indicate manufacturer or source. In generally good condition but with a few miniscule dings that can be seen only when you get really close.
