Soy Wax was discovered in 1991 as a newer alternative to paraffin wax. It is a natural, renewable, non-toxic, and biodegradable wax. It is a hydrogenated form of soybean oil. Soy wax has a lower melting point than paraffin. It burns longer and at a cooler temperature than paraffin wax. Cleans easily with soap and water.
Our eight-ounce mason jar packs a punch with 50 plus hours of delight. Soy wax has a memory: Let your first experience about an hour to let the wax create a smooth pool of shimmery liquid wax: This helps subsequent use to naturally reduce symmetrically.
