F. Arthur Uebel Modell 621 Albert System Bb German Clarinet 6 rings

wooden Bb Clarinet with 6 rings. Both mainparts reads "F. Arthur Uebel Markneukirchen DDR"There are different serial numbers on the mainparts. One reads "Uebel Klarinette  621-73710". The other part reads "Uebel Klarinette  621-742365"The bell is cracked and the barrel and mouthpiece are missing. I dont know the pitch of the instrument.There is a minor crack at the 2n mainpart. I dont think it looses air, because the crack is covered by the tenon of the first mainpart. The length without the tenon for the barrel is 52,5 cm (20 5/8inches) .
