This is the emblem or badge that was worn on the left sleeve hear the cuff and was awarded for Drivers of motor vehicles, including motorcycles during the war.
This is the 3rd class version in Bronze
, then there was Silver and finally Gold versions.  This Bronze version is on green/gray wool oval and has the original backing plate.  It appears the two hold down tabs on back were at one time soldered back onto the medal and you can see the dark spots on the front.  This was period done in the field.

Shipping is usually by USPS and UPS.  Shipping is within 1-2 days after auction close, so please be patient.    Books and other paper items may go by USPS Media mail which takes a bit longer then USPS First Class.  I have no control over shipping times to the final destination and current World issues may delay shipments.  You can track your shipment on Ebay.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
Shipping International is usually by USPS Priority mail, or First class mail for smaller,  lighter items. Shipping times vary with Priority mail at 2-3 weeks and First class mail 4-6 weeks.  Customs can also delay a package in shipment.  If a Customs problem happens on your end, please contact Customs in your country to finish the shipping.  Import and customs duties are the responsibility of the buyer.
