    Vintage Yankee lobster traps were handmade of wood and weathered by actual sun and sea water.   This was a popular trap for use by lobstermen in and around the U.S. east coast especially around the state of Maine.
    Imagine your layout with  a dozen of these super accurately designed scale model traps piled around outside your fisherman's wharf model, waiting to be loaded into a boat to bring in a a haul of genuine Maine lobster.
    Lobster Trap Models ONLY.  Other items shown in the photos (Lobsterman, Train & Track) are for size comparison and are NOT included.
    While we'd love to be able to use sun and sea-weathered wood in creating our models, due to the extremely small size of these models, we instead use plastic and lasers. These models are ready to run as-is or detail paint as desired with common hobby paints.
    For protection during transport, these may arrive attached to a plastic support structure.  Please carefully snip the supports free using small hand snips such as the type used for fine electronics work.
