Elastic waist , self belt pants, two side leg cargo pockets, two back flap pockets, two slash front pockets   pants zip off to convert to cargo shorts.  When worn as pants legs have zipper on side of leg hem to pull slacks over boots.
These are boys size Youth Small.  BAck left side of waistband has some kind of bunching or folding issue inside waistband.  I have taken a close up picture.
