    Description

    Penzel  Mueller  clarinet, in B, 1899 Pat, Woodwind Steel Ebonite K7 mouth, as is. Fairly rare Penzel & Mueller B Clarinet, New York made, Pat 1899. I can see the B, under the B is an eagle, then the G. Penzel & Mueller, then New York, with the Pat 1899. I cannot find a serial number. A Woodwind co, Steel Ebonite K7 USA made Mouthpiece. What looks to be an original hard case, unmarked with Eagle Lock Co lock gear in exceptional condition, no keys, black. The assembled clarinet is 25 1/8” long with mouthpiece in place, 22 1/4” without the mouthpiece. Horn outside is 3 1/8”, inside is 2 3/16”. Apr 18, 1899 Pat stamp. I know nothing about this, maybe less then nothing. I made no effort to clean. The case measures 16 5/8” by 5 1/2” without hardware and leather handle, 4” tall. My price reflects the high quality and condition of the case, the rare mouthpiece and the vintage Clarinet. I may consider selling the case and/or the mouthpiece separately, let me know if there is any interest.
