This listing is for a vintage Robert Martel Bb clarinet. The body is wood, while the bell and barrel are formed from a composite material. There is no serial number on this instrument. Keywork appears to be solid nickel silver. This instrument has been repadded by us and adjusted to proper playing condition. The instrument is in fair mechanical condition overall. The left hand E/B and F#/C# levers exhibit a fair amount of play, but this does not affect their functionality. This instrument shows evidence of a repaired crack through the register vent. It was skillfully filled and pinned before we got ahold of it. The instrument seals well, and we have adjusted the keywork to ensure that each note vents properly. It comes with the original case, which will be sufficient for safe shipping, but should be replaced for proper functionality. See pictures for additional details.
