his listing is for a Selmer (USA) 1400 Bb soprano clarinet. This is a plastic body student level instrument. I'm not sure of its age, but I'd guess it is most likely from the early 2000's. The serial number is 1,642,643.
This instrument is being sold as is for restoration. It is in overall excellent physical condition, but it will require a full re-pad/overhaul to be made playable. There are no chips, nor any other damage to the plastic body. All of the keys are moving freely and rebounding properly. The key-work is in excellent condition, and the plating is still reasonably shiny.
It will definitely need all new pads and corks. The springs are probably still fine.
There is no mouthpiece, ligature, or cap, nor any other accessories included.
This clarinet comes in its original plastic shell case, which is in good condition. There are some marks on the exterior, but no damage to the plastic shell. The interior shows normal light wear and tear, but is odor free.
