Very old military Clarinet open holes 2 Rings "Berthold Stuttgart 1916" RJR 246

Very old wooden Clarinet with 2 rings. It reads "Berthold Stuttgart" and  "R.J.R 246/ 1916 / 4", so it was played in the "Reserve Infantrie Regiment 246" I dont know the key of the instrument. (probably an old pitch?)The instrument showes old repaires, see photos. The instrument needs a good repair, cleaning and service.
