VINTAGE SCHRIEBER AND SOHNE GERMANY CLARINET FOR PARTS E4002. Broke on bottom piece as shown. Lower joint broken and keep missing . Upper joint barrel and bell good. Has a woodwind mouthpiece. This clarinet may be hard rubber or plastic ?   Decent case.
