Charming 2” friendly penguin holding a green-handled paint brush, broom, or shovel. Wearing a white and light blue plaid bow tied to the back. This little guy has no chips or cracks, but, as with all 70 year-old humans, is showing some crazing, as noted in magnified photos. Please note that where the brush touches the table, it is intentionally unpainted and unglazed.
