    So we will give the buyer the exhaustive perc/soil study. We did not pursue this legally but the study is
    designed to help you do that if you wish to build in the future.
    We just enjoyed for the quiet/peaceful, water activities. The mobile home serves this well and now with
    the new dock you can have a live aboard boat/sailboat/houseboat etc and maybe able to collect rainwater
    and such.
