WW2 General Officer Gold Dress Aiguillette

Description

Exquisite braided aiguillette made from gold bullion wire cord with long tapered metal tips topped with netted bullion mesh balls. The small loop shown in the third picture hooks over a button (often the top front coat button), and the cords loop gracefully over the chest and under the arm, preferably secured under the epaulette on the right shoulder. Made in Pakistan.
