    Collar Tabs - Heer medic collar tabs with hand embroidered litzen in matte, silver/aluminum wire threads. Blue rayon branch of service stripes, mounted on dark blue/green badge cloth bases.
    Shoulder Boards - Sew on shoulder boards of matte silver/aluminum Russian braid with a gilt washed, stamped alloy caduceus (Serpent intertwined on a staff), each on cornflower blue wool waffenfarbe bases. Gilt washed, stamped alloy rank pip indicating the rank of Oberarzt, which is the medical equivalent of a Oberleutnant.
